Our travel services are based on these terms & conditions below.
Tour Policy
Availablity
Our Tour and Travel Service are available everyday except for our non-business dates.
Booking flow
- Please book a tour by contact form in each tour page.
- We will send you our booking confirmation within 24 hours.
- We will re-confirm your booking by informing you your guide’s/driver’s name and telephone number one day before of the travel day.
Last-minute booking? It’s our pleasure!
We accept new bookings until 3 days before of the travel day.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your booking, please inform us by email or WhatsApp. Cancellation by phone call is not acceptable in any cases.
Cancellation charge will be imposed as followings.
Cancellation Deadline
15:00 Jakarta Time of 3 days before of the tour day

Payment Rule
Payment Date
Full payment should be made on the travel day.
In the case that you book more than 2 tours, we ask you to pay at once for all of booked tours/travel services on the travel day in Borobudur, Yogyakarta or Semarang.
Payment Method
Cash
Pay to your guide/driver directly in USD or your preferred currencyⅠ.
Ⅰ We will show you the price in your preferred currency that is calculated in our exchanging rate. Please let us know in advance which currency would you like to pay in.
Credit Card
At our office in Borobudur*.
We accept VISA and Master only.
3% of total tour cost will be added as a handling fee.
*In principle, we can’t accept credit card payment for the tours that don’t include Borobudur.
